Bikes are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Free U.S. shipping is available, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.

KOOZ electric dirt bikes are designed for off-road use only and are not street legal unless permitted by local laws.
Bikes arrive 90% assembled and require basic final assembly before riding. Installation instructions are included.
KOOZ bikes are backed by a 1-year warranty, and eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
